Maybe it's just me, but I've never understood the whole neon = baby viper thing.

technically the srt is the real "baby viper", being a smaller, less powerful, but agressive car designed to perform. I guess that would make a regular neon a baby, baby viper. haha

either way... a turbo'd ex isn't a type r. and a turbo'd neon, even if it is a nice car, is not a viper....

it might just be me thinkin this, but for the chipped keys, couldn't you just purchase some viper keys from the dealer and have them programmed just like if you were to go get a replacement?

Still working the kinks off of it to make it 100% perfect... Got showparts.net from srtforums to hook me up with the badge (cuz streetbadges took off)... So even if you don't like the viper front badge on a neon, I just opens more doors to get whateve you want on your badge...

Showparts.net will be over here shorty to tell you what all he can do...

i kinda dig the viper thing, as long as your car blows the socks off of the guy makin fun of it, then who cares. being a painter at a dealership though, i see major flaws in the paint job just in the pick, was that a rattle can job?

I was really close to doing a viper headlight conversion after I sold my house in minnesota, I also almost did a chop top :D

Twin turbo was another idea as well!

Omg. I should have done at least one of those :( Viper head lights are the sex though.

I have yet to work on a Viper with Sentry at work. I got the idea of my key from a Viper I worked on. The newer ones prob have it but the ones my key came from didnt.

Figures, my Neon is Sentry Key and my Daytona is the very last year for the single-sided keys before they went to the double-sided keys they use now (and there's no way I'm changing every single lock on it).

i didn't think my meon was complicated enough to have a chip in the key :P i noticed my grey key is thicker than my friends black key for a jeep. from my understanding there's just a sensor near the ignition for the chip in the key?

i think the viper stuff is sweet, the go to back it up is there, so more power to ya! the guys on here that don't agree secretly have dodge calibers, haha jk
