Looks like an ACR with wrong front bumper. Everything else matches.

agree, trade in value at fair condition is $2400....and with those high miles, it could need suspension attention...Koni's don't grow on trees either....

I emailed them and asked if the car had been in a wreck or something because of the not-existent ACR front bumper,
they said, "not that we know of, we bought the car as is." so it could have been in a wreck or just the previous
owner sold the front bumper and got a different one.

my money's on that it was wrecked at one point and they slapped a bone yard bumper on it, called it good.

To the regular person, they would not notice the lip version of the bumper as opposed to the stocker. Then again, it's pretty easy to tear up a front bumper and not damage too much other stuff. That is prolly the case.
Still, it's a fair price for the car.

salvage
I ran the VIN through DealerCONNECT and it is definitely an ACR. I just ran a Carfax check, and it said that on 9/6/2002 it was issued a Maryland Salvage Title at 18,363 miles. Carfax also said that on 6/25/2003 it was issued an Illinois Rebuilt Title, and on 12/2/2003 it was apparently titled (still rebuilt) to a new owner in Elgin, Illinois at 22,000 miles. In addition, Carfax said that it passed a state emissions inspection in Elgin, Illinois on 4/2/2005 at 57,000 miles.
So I guess we can assume that it was a front hit and when it was rebuilt the wrong front bumper fascia was installed. So, just how badly was it damaged in the crash, and how carefully was it repaired?

Doesnt need because it has AC option to begin with
antenna delete plug
Doesnt need because it has AC option to begin with
dual tip muffler
Already has stock dual muffler
If you came into my shop and gave me that list I wouldnt even take you serious. The car is worth more then $1500 even if some of the ACR parts are gone. The car still is in good condition. Without inspection

i disagree, car is not worth much due to its salvage history, and current state; atleast to me anyways. there are cars in better condition, with less miles, and more options within the same price range

salvage
The problem with a prior salvage title vehicle is that you must carefully inspect the car to determine if the repairs were done properly. I recently looked at a 2001 ACR that a local guy owns, and the workmanship was awful to say the least. It's not the current owner's fault: he bought the car like that.
How bad was it? The car had apparently sustained a hit to the LF corner and down the driver's side. The bottom of the core support was still terribly twisted and bent. The tears in the front and rear bumper fascias were poorly repaired using fiberglass, and of course they were popping loose. The LR quarter panel had loads of bondo in it, and it still didn't look straight. None of the doors fit right, and the left side doors were clearly leaking dirt and water into the interior. The paint was really, really awful -- it looked as though it had been sprayed in a dirty garage by a blind person! Sadly, this sort of poor workmanship is quite common with home-built rebuilder vehicles.
After pulling all four wheels off and removing the front fender liners, I was pleased to discover that the body structure still looked pretty good. I don't think that the LF corner damage went as far as the front bumper beam. Both front strut towers looked straight, as did the upper load beam and lower rail. The only way to be sure about it, though, would be to take it to a competent frame shop and have them measure it up on the frame bench.
Conclusion: I would never buy a "rebuilt" or former salvage title vehicle without personally performing a thorough inspection.
