Well, the e-mail said it had 29K on the body, 10K on the motor. However, the guy I talked to said 70K on the body, 29K on the motor. It has the FMIC, stock SRT ecu, no CEL's, VA inspected, it does only have the 7-spoke rims, etc. I want to trade my car for it...yet keep my loan I have through Chrysler Financial, since its a good rate. I'll mull it over and most likely not go through with it.

I would but we got it about 9 months ago so we still owe alot on it. and not putting a down payment on it did not help.
we also got screwed on the price i believe we paid $19,000 for it. but i had no choice. My orginal car blew up on me going from texas to mississippi,
we had to get back to texas some how so we bought the Neon to get back. And now i guess i am stuck with it.

Can you trade in a car that is still being paid for?
Then again i dont think i will get a trad-in value over $10,000 which i believe is more then i owe.

yeah, you can trade in the car, but with the car that you are going to be buying your payment will like a 100 bux more so there is no point. your best bet is to go down to the dealer and put down like a G and lower your payment, as low as you can, and find someone to take over your payments. thats your best bet.

Yes i know they got me good, But I really had no Choice that was the Cheapest car there.
Dont buy a car in Mississippi for some reason they are all way over priced. Anyways,

It's official I am going Friday to test drive the car to see if there is anything wrong with it. and to try to get the price down a little, possibly sign some paper work.
I also got approved for the loan today

It has a RECONSTRUCTED TITLE ISSUE

More than likely I will not get the car Till the 1st of next month
that way i can put a bigger down payment on it to keep the montly payments down.

Thats an R title. Meaning more then likely it was in a crash of some sort.
They crash, insurance totals it, someone buys it, fixes it, files for a R Title, the state inspects it, issue title. Atleast thats how MI is

oh i am going to show them the Car Fax Repot cause i Dont even think they know about it being damaged, that or they didint want me to know.
Hopefuly i can bring it down to $7000 then make a down payment of $1000 . that would leave me $6000 to pay off now that wouldnt be bad at all.

Well she is mine.

The engine is from a 05 SRT-4 with 10,000 Miles
The swap was done by a Dodge Technician, looks like Stock.
and oh boy is that sucker loud
I got the price lowered to $7,775 No down payment.
Montly car Payments $173
Monthly insurance $150
I get to take the car home monday cause thats when the loan check gets to the dealer. i cant wait to take it home.

I am so happy right now.
