Headlight Mod

Post by bossman019 » Wed Jan 24, 2007 12:30 am

Since I cannot find any projector headlights for my 03' neon I wanted to mod the stock ones a little by painting the chrome piece around the turnsignal bulb black or the same color as my car. has anyone done this? If so is it a hard mod to do

Krack told me what to do and it sounds pretty easy. I am only gonna do the color match though and put some Silverstar bulbs in I got limited funds so I think that would look alright till my funds increase.

Or, for not very much money, you can buy the "Depo" branded ones that are pre-painted black inside.

Available from several places....

:withstupid:

It probably won't be pleasant trying to open the stock headlight housings to paint stuff. I heard the glue is pretty wicked.
