Why not, does it just not work with the SRT-4 Engine?
What about the wipers?

I Never heard of a SRT having Traction Control either but it would be nice cause this one needs it.
So then how would I go about trying to fix the wipers? Take it to a dealer or what?

The srt front bumper uses the srt washer bottle, check to see if you have it under the pass side front bumper, behind the foglight.
It will say srt on the washer bottle. Also the hood gasket on your wiper tray is missing, pull up the plactic cowl and see if the wiper motor is plugged in. I'm in Hatteras and up your way all the time. Do you know any of the hr srt crew? Oh and your traction control will never work again, you have the srt pcm and tranny now. I have that srt panel to get rid of that trac button if you want it...
also looks like you have an 03 engine due to the pink injectors, but you have 04-05 srt pedals......

so you DID end up buyng it. Nice!

and i wouldn't ever bother taking that thing to a dealer... it's had a full blown motor swap. I'd say you're pretty much on your own when it comes to fixing things. Unless you're going to pay an arm and a leg

Thats the wifes car now.

I did not see an SRT logo anywhere on the washer bottle.
The wiper motor looks like it is all connected even the washer bottle.

What is this nipple for on the intake pluming?

as far as i know, the hose coming off of the side of your valve cover, pcv valve, is supposed to be hooked into that nipple on the intake piping... or the vent coming off of the back of the valve cover, if the pcv is already hooked up properly somewhere else.

uh, the PVC Valve is pluged into a nipple at the bottom of the intake box itself, not the pluming.
and there is no vent hose coming off of the back of the valve cover that i can see I also felt to see if there was a hole or nipple for a hose on the back of the VC but nothing.
I know the 2.0L engine has that, i dont know about this one.
I still need help on the wiper issue.

not sure then, you'll have to have an srt-4 owner go outside and follow the hose for ya!

the lower hose on the airbox hooks to the nipple on the drivers side valve cover. That hose I think hooks into a t'd hose that comes off the tb vacuum connection. Its not for the pcv system.
I dont think thats the srt bottle either. That piece of black rubber between the fog light bolts and the washer bottle is not supposed to be there. It still should work though if it has power going to it.Take off the black housing around the steering column and make sure all the wires are connected. There is a sneaky one on the bottom.

nice man, I like it... only one thing though (sorry!!!) but I do not like the whole srt4 body pieces on it - that think would be killer if it still had the 02 front/rear. :P Great find, and for 7700, that s a good buy!

^ i have to disagree, the acr front bumper would be a great add on BUT impossible to find,he should stay away from the 02 regular bumper..

as far as the rear.. its a reg old ACR/R/T real with the dual cutouts, he should get a thermal axle back as a replacement..

After the issues are fixed wit the car try and get some wheels, that would put the icing on the cake with that car.

If that is really a no option and not just one that they didnt put the ac back in after the srt swap.. that one is even more rare then mine.

That one is 1 of 5

first number is 2001 Base ACR.
Second number is 2001 ACR with the A/C package.
Third number is 2002 Base ACR.
Fourth number is 2002 ACR with the A/C package.

Holy crap! I can't believe someone did that to a no option ACR! I thought I was bad tearing into a white R/T since you hardly ever see white R/Ts but this takes the cake if it is infact a real no option ACR.

Either way though, like what was said, the Traction Control doesn't work since the SRT didn't have it.

Washer... unplug the motor on the washer bottle and use a voltmeter to see if it's getting current, if it's not then it's gotta be in the multifuction switch or fuseblock or when the person did the swap he broke a wire somewhere in which case could be really hard to find.

I think it might at one time been a "no option" most that came with AC had power locks. Your best bet is contact BlackRoseRacing and he can run the vin and find out if you ever had a radio and AC. But ya you prob had a very rare car. I would think about the stock front bumper, it would be an awesome sleeper and bring the stock look back.

Thank you for the replies and suggestions.
Sorry but I like the SRT Front. Besides I wont be doing any exterior modifications for a long time. Just geting the engine in tip top shape is my main priority that and the wipers
I have some more questions:
1.) Is it normal to hear a bubbling noise in the engine bay when I shut off the car? I think it is the Coolent overflow bubbling but I am not sure.
2.) when I rev in neutral and let of the gas I hear a ratling noise I cant tell if it is coming from the rear or the engine bay. If its coming from the exhaust then i dont need to worry about it. But if it is coming from the engine (to me the sound sounds like the turbo fins ratling) then that is bad. it might br the exhaust though.
3.) I dont know if these are suppose to connect to something.
Image
Image
4.) I still cant figure out what is suppose to connect to this nipple off of the intake plumbing.

The nipple on the intake piping is a boost leak on factory SRT. It's a non important peice that can be capped off. Mine has been capped for over 10k miles and never had a problem. It's been so long I forget what it used to go to.
