I know everyone has been dying to see recent pictures of "the boat"

and I haven't gone around to it because I felt like it wasn't "time" to post pictures because its such a beautiful car and wants attention only a couple times a month.

1988 Chrysler Fifth Avenue

I got me a Chrysler and its big as a whale, and its about to set sail!

Mods:
-Dent in drivers door from trying to fit between two poles.
-Habitat sticker on dent.
-Kaminari Aerodynamics sticker on rear window.
-Drivers side window doesn't work. Have to open up door at the drive-thru or at the bank.
-Vinyl roof is "floating" away day by day because I am 2 fast 4 u and all the competition out there.
-Faded paint from soaking up the sun. (Sun helps it start better)
-Glued on "Fifth Avenue" emblem with Gorilla Glue.
-Full size spare on pass. rear, because the other one went flat from going 170 mph plus. (Speedometer went around two times. 85+85=170)

Charging

Car was getting close to peak charge from the sun rays.

man , those mods must make it fast as hell. add some yellow paint and racing stripes, and you can get an extra 200HP.

a dual-quad is two four barrel carbs, tunnel ram is a high-rise manifold the would pop out the top of the hood, which would be pimpin'

a six-pack is three two barrel carbs, also known as three duces.

all of these combos are avalible for your carbarated 318

you could have 400hp in that car easily, of couse it does weigh 3600lbs

I think its fuel injected/carbeurated...

I know the stock motor pushed 140 or 150hp and 200 something pounds of torque.

either way, you can do alot with a 318. there reliable motors. of course, dcx dont make them anymore nor the 360. i say, get new heads, a cam, intake and do the "three duces" as 03blackr/t mentioned. you already have a bullet proof trans aka chrysler 727. 4.10 gears. that thing will move!

search your engine size at Summit

a three duce is gonna be expensive ~$1000 and likely flow way to good (hurting performance) unless you put in a big cam. for about 1-2k and some weight redux you could have a solid 13/14 sec Fifth Avenue

Damn you guys are pressuring me into fixing up the beast.... I noticed it bog down alot sometimes.. Like its not getting gas or something. Theres alot of time and effort needed for that car that I don't know if I want to put in. Hmmm that makes me think. My mom has a 87 Fifth Avenue, with only 49k... Same everything, I will post pictures once it warm sup again of my moms..
