ok guys, i have asked this twice i think, and im gonna do this one in detail...i burned the orignal clutch in my 02 neon sxt...ok so i got it replace with a dynapak clutch...now the clutch doesnt engage until right at the top of the pedal...but the clutch is brand freakin new...is there anyway to fix this problem without replacing the damn clutch again...like to make the clutch engage sooner and not by moving the acutal clutch pedal........and another thing...i found a hi performace clutch by Zoom and its not a moduler type clutch, but of course you need to buy there flywheel which is like 438 bucks or something like that....does anyone have this clutch and is it worth the money?...the clutch is 304 and the flywheel is 438 bucks, i got these prices from napaonline.com...another question is there a cheaper place lol? thanks you all-knowing people.

You have to break it in first... Then it will feel better.

first of all, it's not a bad thing that you're clutch engages/disengages high, you'll be able to shift faster as you wont have to put the pedal all the way to the floor. But it will break in more.

second, most of those companies tell you that this clutch will only work with this specific flywheel, but they're really feeding you a lot of bull. That's a lot of money for a clutch and a flywheel.

try picking up an aluminum flywheel on the other .org 4sale board, i've seen quite a few of them sell on there. As for another clutch...i wouldnt waste the money yet but that's just me.

Your clutch will break in over time. City driving will assist that. But here's a fix that you can do now, plus it's super easy and will only take you a few minutes. Just make sure you don't set the pedal too low, or else the clutch won't completely disengage. There's a little trial and error to it. I did this to mine just for the hell of it. Now my clutch pedal comes out just a little bit further than my brake pedal. Feels alot better that way.
