alright so i haven't been able to find a manual for an 04 neon, the only manual i have found for the 2nd gen is 2000-03. Are there any major differences between the 03 and 04 that could be a big problem?

The only difference obviously is the body differences.

I know Modern is now selling OEM DCX Manuals for all models now.
