ebay has some here and there. Some are vinyl stick ons. some are fiberglass overlays that can be painted. Or u can go all out and get the carbon fiber ones i have from http://www.carbonbydesign.com/
2003 R/T Some go, Some show.
theyre attached with double sided tape (thin style). You just line em up and stick em down. the better ones (like those from carbon by design) will come with the tape you need already attached to the lids. takes 5 mins.

"eat a dick! ive had my vinyl eyeids for months and they are holding up like a mother fucking champ!"
hahahaha TNK, well put
personally i'd go with the fiberglass or carbon fiber ones, i haven't permanently installed mine yet because they're waiting to be painted with lots of other stuff. they're worth putting up the extra cash.
held on my scotch tape for a picture >

ive had my vinals on for over a year now and they are holding up great. I just dont want to see what it looks like when i try to pull them off. i have a feeling i will have to get new lights. i would like to go with the fiberglass ones tho, i dont like the shorty ones i have.
