theyre attached with double sided tape (thin style). You just line em up and stick em down. the better ones (like those from carbon by design) will come with the tape you need already attached to the lids. takes 5 mins.

both are good id go with the fiberglass eylids myself, but i would use 3m tape to put them on the headlight instead of two-sided tape, just my 2 cents it sticks alot better and will hold up for alot longer

I have the ones from Carbon by design...the CF shorty style eylids. They are held on w/ 3m tape, and they come w/ the tape. Ive had mine on for 2 years and no problems w/ fading or the tape sticking or anything. I love mine :)

hahahaha TNK, well put :P

personally i'd go with the fiberglass or carbon fiber ones, i haven't permanently installed mine yet because they're waiting to be painted with lots of other stuff. they're worth putting up the extra cash.

held on my scotch tape for a picture >

ive had my vinals on for over a year now and they are holding up great. I just dont want to see what it looks like when i try to pull them off. i have a feeling i will have to get new lights. i would like to go with the fiberglass ones tho, i dont like the shorty ones i have.

nope. they held up great. although mine are high grade/premium vinyl. IDK what would happen with cheap vinyl ones.
