Our 02 needs new motor mounts. How hard is it to replace them. Anybody have info on where I can buy some for a reasonable price? Need all the help I can get guys. Thanks.

i say buy solid ones, then youll never have to worry about motor mounts again, im sure you can buy some on ebay for 100$ or so. gives ur car a bit of an agressive rumble feel but i like it, some people dont, w/e floats ur boat though. ebay like "00 neon motor mounts" or something like that

Here is what you do. Find some new/used stock motor mounts, fill them with urethane, let the urethane harden, and then use those.

It is very, very easy to put in new motor mounts, just takes a little time.

those are only inserts. if you dont have any motor mounts whatsoever, you are going to need the actual housing.
If we tune your NOS timer, you'll be runnin 9's.
He has enough NOS to blow himself up

Those are only for the torque struts. The real engine mount is burried between the frame rail and the accessory plate and is a fairly hefty job to get at. The trans mount on the other side isn't as bad to get at, but also a bit of work.

I was planning on using the stock mounts and using the inserts.
They should work with the stock mounts right.

yes theyll work fine assuming your stock mounts arent so destroyed that those wont fit in correctly anymore...personally id go will solids... made my own out of square bar work great...
IF IT AINT BROKE DONT FIX IT...
