i dont like it at all. reminds me to much of the newer cavalier factory spoilers, they ugly, but just my opinion.

Sorry to bump an old thread. I was considering getting one of those spoilers for my 2001 but the site i was checking only had them listed for 2003-2005, so it does fit 200-2001 neons?

Yes, the picutres above of the downdraft spoiler on the red neon are of a 2000-2002 body style neon.
