Eibach+Tokico=Sweeet!

Post by blazesxt » Fri Mar 23, 2007 7:51 pm

Installed yesterday and it feels like an all new car. This setup is ideal for everyday driving. I can still feel the potholes but I feel more comfortable taking them. Here are a few pics I just snapped literally 5 minutes ago. Enjoy!

If you dont mind me asking, whats the price for the eibach/tokico combination?

And can those tokicos handle the lowering springs are do they blow like every other strut?

IDK about the blue but I spoke with Tokico and the Illumina's are suppose to handle the Eibach very nice. I myself got the Hotchkis and they said they have no idea how they will react to the springs.

Yikes I'd be careful with the HP's, I dunno if theyre safe to drop that low. Theyre great struts and all, but everyone runnin the sportlines seemed to have nothing but trouble with the struts. Drop looks great though! Hows the cornering? Improvement?

Damn, your car is sooo low. I really love what you have done to it over the years, but I still miss those Bronze rims... As for the Tokico HP blues, when I got my Tokico package it came with Tokico lowering springs. 1.4'' drop all around. So I don't know if they do well with a bigger drop ... Only time will tell, hopefully they last a long time.

to low? pshh give me a break....when it is to low is when you have to stop and get out of your car to go pick up your mufflerand throw it into your back seat....then you are low. but I am sitting lower than him and I love it! I would be careful with the blues..... don't like the sportline kits. i am saving up for some koni yellows. or KYB adjustables.

Looks great! I really like your wheels...how are those fancy lugnuts holding up? Id love to have some like that, but there's not really a color that would match mine other than what I have.
