Remember this?

Post by OverDrive418 » Wed Apr 04, 2007 9:49 pm

Anyone remember an old 80's cartoon about a kid who could turn into a car? His face would spread out to make the grill and his hands and feet the wheels, his friends would jump in and they take off doing whatever they did in the show. What was the name of that show?

Nope, that wasn't it. It would help if you were born before the 80's. (I'm such an old bastard!)

Ohhhh....no, there really was an old-ass cartoon like that. I thought it'd be cool to turn into a car and haul ass and cause mayhem and when the cops show up, duck into an ally, turn back into a kid and walk away whistling! (just hope my friends get out in time!)

All those old cartoons were so great because of the nostalgia factor. As an adult I say "WTF? I can't beleive I watched that" a lot if I catch em now but remember how great they were then. The intros were the best!

Talk about childhood flashback. My vote goes for Transformers or Voltron.

Cartoon Network did bring those back, that's right. They had Thundercats and Silverhawks. Both of those were the sh!t (back then).

Marshal Bravestarr? (Eyes of the hawk, ears of the wolf, strength of the bear, speed of the puma!)

....how the hell do I remember all this crap?!

Because of sheer numbers or tactics (used to fighting off Gargamel and that damn cat)? Why did he want the Smurfs anyway? Did he want to eat them or something? Why would you think a Smurf tastes good?

C.O.P.S.?

I didn't forget G.I. Joe. I could name like 50 of those dudes! (again, why do I remember all this?)
