well today I bought 2 twelve inch earthquakes, box, and a 400 watt amp for 200 bucks, last weekend I got a set of memphis 6.5's in front, I have an eclipse head unit, still workin on gettin aftermarket 6x9's.. it sounds hella good, all except for im having one issue right now, cant figure out how to hook up the remote wire right.... GAY.. so right now its hooked to an accessory wire for my deck.. i jus have to ghetto unplug it from the amp every time i shut off the car.. and I know u have a remote wire to hook it up to, but for some reason its not wanting to work right for me, lol..

did you hook up the 12V constant to the battery, run it through the firewall and underneath the driver side carpet??? what about the rca from back of stereo, did you run it along the passenger side or maybe down the center?? and the remote wire, usually blue, did you plug it into the REMOTE wire on the back of the stereo??? supposed to be blue, if not get rid of your stereo. And did you ground it in the trunk?? did you scrape away the paint under the ground?? use a self tapping screw, or existing bolt?

wow, haha.. all good questions.. but i used to install car audio as a job, so trust me, everything is hooked up right, just my damn remote wire on my deck is bad.. I just need to get a new one, or a new harness.. I might jus get a in-dash dvd player or somthin... depending on how big my next payday is, haha
