Rear disc from a PT will work too except for the e-brake cables. The turbo brake PT option is what is on a SRT. They all use the same calipers/backing plates the difference is the rotor thickness and pads.

If the car came with ABS then it has 4 wheel disc. It was an option for Neons and standard on ACR/RT models.

you can actually swap from ANY neon with rear disk brakes. that includes 1gns, 2gns, and srts.
aparently the rotor or pad thickness is the difference, but they will all work as long as you get the complete set-up.

some 2000 neons came with rear disks. I know this because there are a few at the wreckers near me, one of which, has a trunk lid carpet, rear sway, rear disks, glove box light, buncha extra lil stuff.. All that and its a 2000 neon LX. Someone musta got that one before they started cost cutting!
