Will injectors from a 1gn fit on a 2gn?

if the injectors are from before 97 you need to pick up injector plugs from the autoparts store for a 95-96 1st gen. According the modern if its a newer injector (97-99) it should fit.

but is the flow any different between the 1st and second gen injectors?

I wouldn't think it would be as the HP ratings are the same. Why would they put a higher pound per hour injector in for the same output? I believe they are 19 lb/hr.
