Just did that tonight. But by then they will need to be done again. We both know how dirty my car can get.

Headliner looks pretty good, but Im not really feelin the dash. Maybe if it were more of a satin finish. Gloss just looks too, painted, for lack of a better term.

Yeah, like Mopar00neon, the dash looks too painted, way too obvious.

P.S: Damn man, clean your carpet, jebus!

Dash is way too shiny, don't crash your car when you become blind from the sun reflecting off of it.

The glare isn't as bad as I thought it would be. Just late in the day and early morning are the hardest times to drive. And I consider myself lucky when its just dirt on the carpets.

silver2k2rt - was your interior originally black and you just painted all of the silver pieces, or did you paint the other things black too? i have a friend w/ a silver 00 w/ a black interior, so i'm guessing yours was stock like that unless you did a fantastic paint job.

vernon-the black is just too dark and shiny for me, but it looks well done, evenly painted, not blotchy or bubbly or anything, so props to you for that. i like the headliner

His interior is black. Almost everyone calls it black, but its definatly not black.

Its Argent. I have the same color interior in my 2000. Its a really dark gray.

Last time I checked, there was a such thing as satin clear coat. That would be better than repainting the entire thing with more layers of paint.

Well...It took a while to find the parts at a good price. But my interior is almosty back to stock! The painted dash ios gone. i just need to destroy the evidence. Now i just need an airbag delete panel and its fixed. I cant believe how much better it looks now. They need to make spray paint a lot more expensive to prevent this from happening to others. lol

yea i did the spray paint thing once.... (btw, your pics arent showing up, but this thread is from 04 so im not supprised) but yea...i did that to my interiior once, didnt do the whole dash, just the radio bezel, door inserts, all that good stuff. i just recently had my body shop redo it all professionaally and it turned out great :) nothing too flashy though, you might even think it was stock...ill have to post up some pics

oh yes...and i highly reccomend the air bag delete ;)
