talon intake manifold

will a 95 eagle talon intake manifold fit on my sohc. it a 2.0 dohc on the talon but im just checking and if it would would there be any gains

No it will not.

One the Talon Cylinder head is reversed as far as flow, so even if it did bolt up the throttle body would sticking out the passenger side fender.

Second the Talon is an DOHC and yours is a SOHC. The ports are not shaped the same.

Third, the water port on a Talon is on the exhaust side.

The best intake to run on a 2ng gen is the Indy. That is what I run on my personal car. But you have to have good airflow mods so that it wil be effect, don't put it on a bone stock engine you will loose power.

better then a sheet metal box style, r/t, or modified r/t? ive heard little good things about the indy manifold. and MANY MANY good things about even a stock r/t manifold. just my 2 cents tho..

The Indy is only good if you are running forced induction. It is overkill on a N/A motor.
