If I have time and want to do the effort I think paste comes out better in the end and lasts longer. LIquid is faster, still has a good shine but I thinkt he paste lasts a bit longer.

I use paste. Like Jason said, it just seems more durable.

I just bought a bottle of the Eagle 1 NanoWax to try. My all-time favorite is Blue Coral Carnuba. It can be a bitch to apply but ya get an awesome shine and it lasts.

I tried a new Wash and WAX we offer to customers at work for an extremely expensive price $300
The stuff is call Simonize..and it is a wash and wax. They claim the wax will last upto 5 years, which I doubt...but hey I got some leftovers for free.
From what I have experienced, there wash is just like Mequiars NXT wash or MrCleans New spot free wash....as for the Wax...
It seems to be almost like the Mequires NXT wax except:
Single coat of Simonize wax = Mequiars NXT @ 4 coats...
Both contain TEFLON as a protective ingrediant. So far I have had it on my car for 11/2 weeks and the car has had 2 hand washes and 1 power wash and the wax so far is holding up great. This past weekend I did some back road testing and my car was completely covered in BUGS, damn black flies...all I used to clean them off was glass cleaner and a rag and the car was back to all shiny again.
