Are you looking for full blown exhaust or just a muffler? I've heard for muffler's, your best bet is the Vibrant...for full blown exhaust, Borla or Dynomax...

I have Dynomax 2.5" piping and the 2.5" dual outlet Dynomax muffler on my car with a 2.5" Magnaflow Cat on my car and I love it. It almost sounds like what an SRT would if it had a muffler...i'll have to try and get a clip of what it sounds like, it's different than anything I've heard personally.

The Borla is really expensive, but the build quality and the sound are unmatched. If I get a chance, I'll take a picture of my exhaust. The exhaust has over 60k miles and it looks like new. The only thing is... I don't know if the tips will line up on the R/T rear. I'm sure someone can confirm that for me.

I love the sound of the R/T dual exhaust. But if you want to go louder, the Vibrant sounds awesome but might constrict a horse or two. Plus the Vibrant hangs down pretty low. (I had it on my 01 SE)
I say go with the SRT-4 rear.

i cant beleive no one has reccomended the thermal r/d. sure its expensive but "suppose" to be the best choice for the r/t. i got it on mine and the quality is AWSOME...sound well it can be pretty raspy. if i was to do it again i might go with the borla but its crazy pricey isnt it?

If anything get the Thermal. It fits the RT bumper unlike the Vibrant and sounds pretty good.

Huh? I was agreeing with you guys who are recommending the Thermal R&D. I had the full catback on my non r/t and loved it.

The thermal is great but you can also go with this which is also an awesome system

linky http://www.trubendz.com/home.asp?produc ... ype=detail

If you want a catback I think that would be your best bet but if not just go with the thermal

Do this, good option, and will work well with later mods; Cheap!!! Also, the R/T exhaust stock setup is really good, and free flowing also it is 2.25" all the way through with no reductions like the SXT 2.25" exhaust. The only bottleneck I see is possibly the downpipe/cat which looks like it is restricted down to 2". If there were a way to replace the downpipe/cat with a 2.5" setup and 2.5" high flow cat to 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust, I think that would be best for the magnum engine. IMO.

Alluminized steel will rust which is what the Dynomax stuff is made out of.
I would only go with stainless steel

The thermal is nice, I heard it on diablo0's car a while back, and it sounded very nice but alot of people dont like the vibrant because of how it looks and hangs low.
