well, i have to drive an hour to get them, but no biggie, scored them for $1.25 lol

plan on sandblasting them, and painting and clear coat gloss black, or maybe just do the spokes gloss black, leave the rest silver... i need opinions..
or should i keep the ones i have now, and save em for backup, can't decide which would look better....
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... 368&rd=1,1

wonder why they were just a 1.25? If they are balanceable, or drivable I think they would be decent rims to make look nice again. But hey its only 1.25 and gas money to pick em up it they arent

I would stop by a shop on your way home and get the junk tires removed and have them check them.
Nice score though!

I'll pick them up from you for $2.25 and a Vibrant front strut tower bar!

Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of the car. Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you're going when you hit the wall, and torque is how far you drag the wall with you.

hey look at it this way if they are not drivable and dont balance or something i would clean them up, spray bomb them good and then put them up on my wall. Would make a hella cool dispaly for 1.25. Shit you could make a table out of them. Fuck i wish i could get those hell i would pay 50 for them and make a table and a bunch of stuff with them for my room and stuff.

they should be driveable. He said he took them off the neon when he sold it, and now he just can't use em on the car he has now. So he crapped out goin ebay with them, my gain FTW. Can anyone chop those to see how they would look black? or would it not be worth it?
Im definetly leaning on doing the spokes gloss black, and leaving the silver lip. i'm liking the thin spokes more and more as i look at that quick chop above, plus they are probably lighter than what i have which would be another plus.......

def keeping my current rims, made that decision.. got someone offering me a decent pioneer deck and 2 jl audio subs in box for them as is.. i might take it, just so i dont have to do any work, quick offload. would go great in my girls mazda, so might have to take it..
and scneonchic, i wouldnt doubt they are the same rims migrated from SC to FL,.. wouldnt have the center caps would you?, lol... they def are exact same as in your pics..

Yeah the guy that bought them from me originally lived in GA, so I dont doubt that they couldve migrated down there either

they still look like they are in excellent shape though, for the most part.
And no, I dont have the centercaps...I gave them to the guy when I sold them to him. Sorry!
