i sent an email saying i was wanting to quote an rt bumper for my 02 and this is what he sent back.

THE FRONT FASCIA FOR THE SRT MODEL WOULD RUN YOU $629.00. IT WAS
MANUFACTURED FOR MODEL YEARS 2003-2006. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED ALL
SPECIAL
ORDER PARTS ARE PAID FOR IN FULL, PRIOR TO ORDERING. AND THIS PART IS
ALSO
NON- RETURNABLE. SO IF YOU BUY IT, IT IS YOURS AND CAN NOT BE
RETURNED.

so i replied with rt not srt and he sent back
THE SRT IS WHAT WE CAN GET. I HAVE NOTHING CALLED AN RT

look in the stickies at the top of the part number request section and send them the part number for the RT front bumper. Those guys sound like

they are in sidney ohio and yeah they dont seem like they know much about they're parts and WHY DID HE HAVE TO YELL AT ME?

Probably a 60 year old dude that doesn't know how to use a computer so he doesn't know better about caps. I'd either send him the part number or go to another dealer.
