I found somethig HUGE to contribute to this site.
I have been looking for this for a while and couldnt find it on here.
It seems to have everything in included in there so here you guys go...

its been on here for a while. but most of the time the link gets deleted since its copyrighted information.

so dont be surprised if jason deletes the link.

yeah, i posted it too at one point to help someone, but copyright is a no no... save em to your pc while you can.. i have a hardcopy i printed as well as a backup on disc
