I have. What's the reason you're doing it and what questions do you have?

Im adding a turbo and a fuel pressure regulator to my car. Need to run the return line back to the tank from the Fuel pressure regulator.

What type of hose could be used and parts?

3/8 injection hose or ss braided hose?

There is a sticky at the top of this page for this. You have 2 choices, arron neon return line or spoolboy mod. Depending on what you do will let us better know what you need. Either fuel injection hose or braided hose will work fine in either case though, just personal prefrence.

Being that you have an SXT, is it an 03 or newer? If so, know that you will run lean in boost without some other kind of management. But yea, just follow the stickies. I used a hard line to go back just because of the durability factor.

I used normal fuel line for mine. $1.18/foot for normal compared to $4.88/foot for injection. And there is next to no pressure in the return line, but I was also already waaayyyy past my budget by the time I got to that point lol.

Your fuel pressure depends on your injector size.

Vortech SFMU (have personal experience with), cartech, begi, chill factory are all rising rate fuel pressure regulators. Good luck dealing with NGC though.

just use fuel line and if your evap canister is in the front you can use the line that is there it should be a clean hard line that is going back to the take and all you will need is 3 feet of fuel line but that is what we do on the 1st gen it take about 15 min to install

now on my set up i have a super af/c, fuel regulator , 33 lb injectors,a non fuel regulated fuel filter
1995-1999 Neon MoPar Fuel Pressure Regulator/Filter, non-regulating
This is a non-regulating version of the OEM filter/regulator. This part is for designing your own external FPR solution or replacing the filter than comes with the DMRacing kit (recommended every 3 years or 50,000 miles).not to be used without external fuel pressure regulation! Image
1995-and up Neon Fuel Injectors, Bosch style with 33 lb. per hr. flow rate
High quality Bosch style fuel injectors, in extreme sizes for extreme power demands. 33# injectors are good for over 300hp, and the 42# injectors will feed even the most hungry beast. Because of the size of these injectors, adjustable fuel control is strongly recommended.

It really depends on what you want to spend. You have some different priced options for the line...another stock fuel line, standard fuel line, fuel injection line, and braided steel. I went with braided when I did mine but if you aren't up for spending that much on a fuel return line then all of the other options are cheaper.

I have never heard of using the EVAP line, but that is a great idea! The line is already routed and everything for you.

The spoolboy mod is proven and works quite well. If you want to go with something that is ready to install go with the Aaronneon return kit. You can find other types of kits and if you are familiar with how the Aaronneon one works you can piece together your own, which is what I did.

What would you wanna run with 46 lb injectors ( srt stage 0 injectors 527 cc) on the fuel regulator? Any Idea.

I used stage 0s on a vortech SFMU, with a -6 return line, spool boy mod, and walbro pump and I had no problems at 8psi. The SFMU can adjust pressure wherever you need it, however you need a wideband to tune.
