yea youre right, about the fan. The air that you feel with the knob in the off position, Idk exactly what it is but its always flowin a tiny bit of air in

Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of the car. Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you're going when you hit the wall, and torque is how far you drag the wall with you.

oh, i got very upset, you set my ulser off. now i have to go to the doctor.
Tried the IA on the way to dancing lessons (who takes lessons to learn the electric slide?) for my future mother-in-law's wedding reception, worked like a charm. No air movement from the floor vents while moving. No more roasted feet on the drive to work.

but anyways. when you are traveling the system is still open so air moves through. thats also why when you are going on the highway with the a/c at max you get more air than when you are stopped or going slower.
