A/C blows

Post by Wenuden » Tue May 08, 2007 4:11 pm

Why won't my blower turn off?!?!?! Do our cars not allow the blower to cut off? the circle on the knob just lowers the speed for me. it's really starting to piss me off.

I think putting the temp nob in the middle turns the fan off, can't remember.

You have to change your name from "outside" air to the "inside" air knob position, and then no air will be blowing.

:withstupid: The blower is not running your vents are open. A neat trick is when you have your vent open roll your window up and down while driving and more and less air comes thru!

Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of the car. Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you're going when you hit the wall, and torque is how far you drag the wall with you.

Word, check the position of your inside/outside knob...

Also, think you can change the title of your post? I really hate seeing that every time I come into this section

Tried the IA on the way to dancing lessons (who takes lessons to learn the electric slide?) for my future mother-in-law's wedding reception, worked like a charm. No air movement from the floor vents while moving. No more roasted feet on the drive to work.

already know the electric slide

but anyways. when you are traveling the system is still open so air moves through. thats also why when you are going on the highway with the a/c at max you get more air than when you are stopped or going slower.
