Yes, extruding/honing is were a putty is forced through at high temperature and pressure to smooth and enlarge the internal passages. I have never herd of a way to DIY this. You can however do a DIY port and polish. IN which case you can pick up a DIY port/polish kit from SummitRacing/JEGS or piece togather your own bits.

The injectors pop in and out. Little rubber o-rings hold them in along with the fuel rail (which has two bolt that hold it to the manifold and a clip that hold each injector to the rail)
The intake manifold to cylinder head bolts are torqued to 105 in*lbs (12 N*M)
Tips would be to start out with gasket matching the cylinder head-runners gasket and the plenum-runners gasket. Removing the "injector humps" is good too. You can cut off the ram pipe on the plenum and weld on a 2.5" pipe for better flow too.

The two magnum intake mani gaskets are a composite material, they may fall apart when removing. I have glued them back togather before, but I wouldn't reccomend it unless your good at gluing
The magnum exhaust gasket is stainless steel (or some other metal). Usually it remains good. But I'd go and get new gaskets so you don't leave yourself stranded with no gaskets and have to wait a few days to get them from a parts place, but thats just me.
