Would a 60mm throttle body make a noticable difference on turbo'd car? Would it be worth it? Is it even needed?

yes... it would make alot of difference. Go get one. NOW.

Not as much as you might think. Just a slightly earlier spool. Maybe like 50 RPM.
ASP - First NGC SOHC in the 13s and the 12s. First SOHC neon over 500whp. First NGC Neon on MS.
