Big box came in
so you know what that means!! A smurf load of peanuts!
But after digging I found even more boxes!
Then after figuring out how to get them out here they are.

The one regert I have is I sold my Polk DB 12"sub back when db was thier new line. Watch the guy kick the sub in the center of its cone. Then blast it. And it sounded great.
I haven't hooked them up yet but I've had Polk before and loved thier stuff. And they've only gotten better.
What I really like is they can handle a lot of power(60watts RMS 6.5 and 100watts RMS 6x9) but don't need it to sound good.

I've got the db650's in my front doors, they're awesome, and they're only hooked up to the stock radio. I want to get the 6x9's for the rear and get a headunit, probably an ALpine.
They are SO much clearer and punchier than the stock paper speakers, it's not even funny. Good buy!

Used to be into Car Audio.. Got over it pretty quick when my hearing started to go and all of my concussions I just get migraines from all the Bass.
I do Home Theater Systems Now. Much easier on both the Hearing and the Brain.

I have those in my neon:
those are the ones mounted to the door, and I have the 6x9s, without the grille mounted on in, the rear.

shouldnt cost you much to paint them yourself. Just get some of the spray paint they selll at the dealer to match your exterior (if thats the color your doing) and just sand and paint them yourself.

Couldn't you just put them in stock locations under the panels?

We are all ricers, remember? What would be the point of putting them in under the panels.

Nah, I was just wondering. I had the grilles on my old cars set-up, so I've done it before.

you could...only reason I put mine on the outside is because whoever had my car before me didnt take the best care of it, so the grilles were like permenantly stained

so...yeah....haha

Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of the car. Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you're going when you hit the wall, and torque is how far you drag the wall with you.
