Hey, it doesn't look like mine either!03sxt wrote:Wait a minute. My '03 doesn't look like that.
It must be the 2003 and 1/2 model.

this is even more effed up...
they used a 2003 vin. i ran the vin decoder on the whorg and it says its a 2003.
so if people not knowing ran a carfax it would still show up as an 03.
wondering if someone should give them a little call

maybe someone who actually gives a shit should call whatever federal agency that would deal with something like this... FBI (fraud)? BBB (false advertisement)? I didn't look to see where this car is, maybe local PD would be better.
OR
did anyone consider that maybe the dash vin on this vehicle was swapped with an actual '03, and the dealer just ran a carfax themselves and listed what they found? could very well be an innocent mistake. not every used car dealer has extensive knowledge of neon body styling.... (i doubt that is the case, but someone has to play devil's advocate)

I say call em!!! Let em know what they have is NOT what they are advertising. Something is wrong, if the VIN is saying 03, than I bet the car is either been wrecked and pieced back together with 03 parts OR it is just the wrong picture in the advertisment. You can trust Moore Leasing, Inc. because we've been in the business for over 30 years. We work hard to offer our customers the best in pre-owned cars. We don't just want your business today... we want you to come back in the future, too. Satisfaction Gauranteed!
no, I am not gonna call.
