How do I replace my serpentine belt tensioner ?

This is the place to ask questions about your engine components like cams, valves, pistons… just anything that is generally "engine" specific. This also includes questions about exhaust systems such as exhaust manifolds, piping size, mufflers, ect...

How do I replace my serpentine belt tensioner ?

Post by badgett » Thu May 24, 2007 1:42 pm

I have a bad belt tensioner on my 00 SOHC. The belt tensioner looks hard to get off. What do I have to do to replace that tensioner ? My belt is squeaking really bad. The belt is running off the edge of the tensioner. Please help. This is my daily driver. :banghead:
