2000 Red Plymouth Neon F/S

I have a 2000 plymouth neon for sale. It has 67000 mi on it. The car hasnt been started for a year. the transmission is dead. the interior is completely in tact. I'm asking $700 OBO. PM me if you have any questions. There are a few scratches on the the car but nothing crazy. It would benefit from a new paint job tho. No rust on the body (a few tiny spots but hardly noticeable).
