First off, welcome to the board. I take it your name is Melissa, i.e. your user name. Now I know that there was a previous post made by yourself asking questions about turboing your car using the SRT turbo and what not. I know someone gave you a link to the how to on turboing your car. Read that first. Here it is again.

The post I gave you has lots of good info. Read that first, please. Not meaning to sound like a jerk, but I can tell you that this has been covered numerous times.

On another note, there is a good book that you should pick up called Maximum Boost written by a gentlemen/ genuis called Corky Bell. He will give you the basics on turboing your car. Why you buy what you do and why you do what you do to make a proper set up. Any other questions, please post. Take care and good luck with your set up.

Well to add to this, for the srt-4 oil return you need the flange/pipe that comes with the turbo. With that, you need to get -10 AN push lock hose and a 90 degree fitting, a -10 bulkhead with nuts and stat-o-seals to have a fitting in your oil pan. For the feed, use the stock banjo and either flair a good quality fitting on the line, or get it brazed. The size is -6 AN (3/8). DO NOT try to use push lock hose and just clamp it on, it will leak and burst off. Oil lines should not be skimped on because one leak turns into one huge problem (I know from experience).

Search for -an line on the net, i bought mine from a site called american street rod or something like that. Make sure you fully understand the sizes and what you need before you order anything, shipping gets expensive when you keep ordering single fittings. Also make sure you know the difference between the types of hoses.

I think we all learned that one that hard way, buddy! I know I had to deal with a nasty leak once...did you know that constant friction can rub through an oil line??? Who would have thought...!

So yea, check your line routing, fitting use, and connection very carefully before you call that job done. It will save you headaches and time in the future!

Thanks. You guys are a lot of help. I read other posts by you and they helped a whole lot. I think I'm just going to take it to a local dodge dealer and let them do it. This is all making my head ache. At least I know a lot of the basics so I wont get screwed. LOL. Thanks.
