Bumper Looks good although the Single Exit has never quite been my taste but if it suites you thats all that matters.

No crash bar yet, but I still might get one. No polishing. I got tired of messing with it so it's not done yet. I got all but the hot side hose.

If I had an SRT, that's the exhaust I'd run. Maybe if I ever swap my 05, I'll run one.yellowpatrol wrote:Nutmeg wrote:Looks like an MPx single exit.Speeder wrote:sounds good what kind of muffler did you put on it![]()

SRT is still under the knife for the BFMIC install, I decided to do the BOV at the same time so I only have to mess with IC piping once, but I didn't realize I don't yet have a short ram intake, block off plate, catch can, or crash bar. Or the tools to install the BOV to the hard pipe.
So if anyone local has some ring pliers, sealant, and a 10mm ratcheting wrench and wants to lend a hand that would be super.

I've been thinking of taking advantage of the fact that the block hasn't been bored correctly, and sleeving it, but I can't find anyone who has done this is the past for reference. Any reason why it wouldn't work?

Finally got the hose situation sorted out last night. Soapy water helped a lot. I re-used the OEM hose clamps on the hot side as opposed to the wider ones that MPx sent because I couldn't tuck the wide ones up in there. I am keeping them for down the road when I do the swap though. I figure I'll have some more stuff out of the way so I should be able to get them on easier.
BOV is in the flange and the uppipe is installed too. I still have to do the lines, short ram intake and block off plate, but I don't have the last 2 yet. Pics of the stuff will follow shortly.
Still unemployed...... so money sucks right now. I've applied at no less than 15 places and nothing yet. Today I'm going to walk around the shopping centers with a stack of resumes so cross your fingers for me please.
With all of the free time I had a chance to clean up my garage and organize it, check it out:

Damn, no comments on how clean my garage is?
I worked hard.
Oh well, I enjoy it and they say that is all that matters
I made some progress- not on the car though. I got the rest of my makeshift wall up so you can no longer see the insulation! W00t.
Oh, I received my SRI, it's a Weapon-R, as well as my Bwoody catch can. I'm still waiting for the block off plate, and then I can sew this car back shut. I've got a little something special planned in the way of grill inserts to protect the BFMIC from rocks and bugs..... you'll see
