Probably needs stitched up, or heck, dip it in some super glue.

Superglue definately. Sealed up lots of deep battle scars with it. Works great, especially for those annoying fuckers that just won't stop bleeding unless they're held closed. Open up the wound, drip some in then apply pressure.

isn't there rumor that superglue was actually invented for soldiers in the field to patch themselves up with? it killed the germs and sealed it up. *shrugs* not sure where i heard that though.

You guys are all on crack!

Just put a cotton ball over top of it, bandage it and quit crying. It'll be fine. ;)

make a hard cover for it... popsicle sticks, hard cardboard... anything that will prevent you from bumping it.

I was a Paramedic, then an EMT2, then an ERTT........On the end of the finger, we ONLY use superglue (ours is sterile, alchy free stuff), but, I have used standard superglue (wifes glue for nails) when my kids get any lacs. Works just fine, and completely seals out any germ. They have a tenancy to heal VERY fast, and the scars are WAY less noticeable.
