Man that was cool!!! with my luck some idiot would hit me if i was doin that.

only captains get sirens in CT. My friends already has $2000 worth of lights on his truck. he can't wait to get up to captain so he can run a siren. he was sworn in as an LT. just before carlisle.

My wife asked what I was watching and I was like oh thats one of the members that was at carlisle, I told her that if I had a medical problem while I was down there, he was probably going to be the one to help so no worries....

From what I've heard, a couple guys at one of the other stations here in Conneaut were talking about it it around him. I'm not sure if they were bitching about it or what... Another day or two I'll be meeting with him. Can't wait.

Whats the difference between a police officer or a fire captain recording the video?
As others mentioned, atleast its documentation on how good your driving is and all precautions you took when aproaching all major intersections....
