How important is wheel weight?

Post by ram50rocket » Wed May 11, 2005 12:25 pm

I know how important it is, but theres a wheel I really want that weighs in at 26 lbs :? I am in a dillema, wheel looks vs. weight. ](*,) The wheels I order will be just for normal street use, I'm keeping my stock 15" snowflakes for racing/autocross.

Here's the wheel I'm after.

you could probably go get your "umadbro" polished up to make it look like a new comeback again

Nice looking wheels, but why the faux bolts all around the perimeter?

From a performance stand point every 1 pound of unsprung weight acts as 4 pounds of spring weight.

wow, I have heard cheap wheels like the ones from wheelmax suck, and I get what I pay for. I guess that cancels Ebay store wheels out also.
