if you have cell phone? stop service and sell device

if you normally rent dvd, stop rent.

if you smoke, stop buy ciggy

if you go club often, stop go club

if you go out for fast foods, stop order fast food

maybe you can afford buy dozen of eyelids

I am on a very low budget...did these myself...a friend gave me some scrap vinyl (he works at a sign shop)...so basically cost me $0
(this is before I added 2 white racing stripes front to rear)
Not a big fan of the ones that follow the hood line... to me instead of looking mean, they make the Neon look like it has down-syndrom! I guess the s-type ones are ok tho...
