well im gonna say the shit factor is going to be about a 9 if your bolts are rusted and either start to strip or break off when removing your stock manifold.. get some WD-40 or some rust remover before hand.

k well the plan is to give it a run get it nice and warm.. that will help a bit, then at work we use krown pent. oil so then ill probrolly hit it hard with that and then see if i can get the 3/8 impact in there and lightly pound it out i guess , just the room factor i guess

but really is it worth it to put a header on.. like its a OBX with the down pipe, i have a cat back, will it make that much of a diff. the reason why im think it will is because of the free flow out, especially with the 55 shot. ? but that me, what do u guys think

that's pretty much the way to do it. Spray and delay until you get around to it. And yes, you'll notice a difference. Not a *huge* difference......but a difference. Especially right at the top of the powerband when flow starts to matter more. She'll run smoother and quieter too. If you already have the header it's worth it, if you don't, buy yourself a long-tube and you'll really notice a difference.
