wheel offset

ok, so i'm kinda liking the enkei evo 5's, and they offer them in a 35 offset and 42 offset in 17's, which would be better?

35s will stick out and give you a better stance. 42 will be pushed in 2mm more than stock. stock is 40mm.

I had 5Zigens in 17x7.5 with a 35mm offset and I LOVED them!

ok so to get this right a 35mm off set would have the center of the rim stick out more. the 40mm would stick out less.in my opinion I think it looks better when the center of the rim is deeper.. I just hate to see rim on the high way that look like bowls becouse the center sticks out to much.

35 would have a deeper center of the rim! The tyres stick out more, looks great!

So if you get 17x7's with a 35mm offset, could you run 205x50's without having to change to the srt struts? or would you still need to run the 205x45's?
