Interior Dome Light

I ordered a LED Dome Light from Vamp Designs. Now I go to install it and well it dosen't fit, infact it isn't even close to pluging into the stock connector which it is suppose to according to his website. My vehicle is a 2001 Chrysler Neon LX, I was wondering if anybody knew if there was a connector/light change in models afterwards and thats why this 9 led bar light won't work with what I have, even tho the website said no cutting, no soldering, no modification required.

this is why i dont make direct plug-in dome lights...

Mine fit in perfectly. But i have an 05. Could be that 00-02 have different dome lights????

If the plug is the only problem - cut it and take a soldering gun to connect it.

yeah really.. if you know your going to keep the dome light, take the plug off the stock domelight, and soldier it onto your new light.
or just say screw it, cut the wires and soldier them back together, of course wrap the wires before you re-install..
