Hello everyone.

As you may guess I'm new member of this site though I've been reading all the useful info found here for a while. I'm 23 years old and I fare from the cold, distand land of Finland. (Anyone watch Conan O'Brien?) I work at a Volvo/Renault/BMW dealership as a warehouse/parts sales person. I'm also in college, but haven't had lots of interest for it since I can make more money by working.

I bought my Neon about a month a go. It's -02 metallic blue, has the 2.0 SOHC (only engine available here) and MTX. The car was in pretty bad shape but I still fell in love with it and had to buy it. Now I'm slowly working to make it more like me. So far must I've done has been maintenance as the last owner didn't have the passion for cars like I do (no corrosion protection, plenty of small dents here and there, very little maintenance etc). I've put in the master bushing kit by Energy Suspension, changed the oil and spark plugs, upgraded to Accel plug wires and K&N CAI intake and next I'm putting in new brake pads. I've also set my eyes on H&R lowering springs and the R34 look front bumber, but it's hard to get those in Finland and if you do, they'll cost me a pretty penny.

But I'm glad to be here and if any of you have any questions about me, Finland, my car or anything I'll try to answer best I can. Oh, and I'm loaning my mom's cam this weekend so I'll add some pics of my stock car later on.

Welcome and since you've given us alot of info on your car and yourself already...Show us the Pictures!!! Gl with all the little repairs and it sounds like you have a great idea on what you want to do with your neon!

As for Conan O'brien, I remember the special episodes where he was comparing himself to that one lady that was running for your president. They looked very similar. :lol:

Thanks for the welcome guys. The pics will take their time since I was planning to take the pics after I have changed my brake pads. Well, turns out my rear break caliber was totally busted and I can't get a new one until next wednesday or so. So I'll take some pics then when I have the wheels back on.

And yes, Conan O'Brien looks exactly like our current president. Luckily not all women here look like that. :lol:
