Take off the Right front wheel
Remove the plastic shroud
Remove the 19mm bolt holding on the pulley
Take a Pulley puller designed for dodge vehicles and remove the stock one
Heat up the center of the new pulley with a torch til hot and quickly slide it over the crank
Tighten the 19mm bolt on to 100 ft/lbs
