Definitely a fan of the blue moon and the hoegaarden, but I'm gonna have to say that at the moment kiltlifter is my favorite. Maybe because it's got a little of that summer ale taste and they serve $2.50 pints at my favorite bar

Really, I'm surprised. I know someone had it at Carlisle, must have got it from Canada.

I know labatts blue is available, even by me. I get that every now and again.

Labatts
Yuengling Lager or Black & Tan
Miller Lite
Red Dog
Sam Adams Winter Ale
Blue Moon

I'm sure theres some others I'm not remembering.

Maybe I'm wrong. When I used to travel in Ontario on a regular basis, I used to bring some back with me but I never saw it in stores at home. By the way, the alcohol content for beer is higher in Canada than in the US, even when the beer is Canadian and exported here. :occasion5:

Think thats crazy??

They actually make lower (by about half) alcohol content beers for some very strict communities in Utah.

why do so many americans drink light beer? i HATE light beer, and i HATE how they only serve light beer at football and hockey games... i think it's just bullshit so that you drink more to get drunk and therefor spend more, but aside from that, why would you ever want to drink light beer? almost no one drinks light beer in Canada, we hate it! hell, we dont like most of the american beer coz we find it too weak... as far as we're concerned MGD is pretty much the only good american beer, which i very much agree with

Er.....light beer has the same alcohol content as regular beers, they just have fewer calories, by using a lower hop content. but since they ferment longer, it gets the same amount of alky.

But, they are gross anyway.
