Will I need spacers?

Hey all, Ive been thinking about putting these rims I have on my neon but I dunno if they will fit. there at my friends house right now and I had him read me the size, from what he told me they are 205/40R17...Will they fit without rubbing? thanks!!

should fit fine assuming the offset is close or the same as stock.

some rim might have a sticker on the inside of the rim or something that might say the offset....

if you know what brand and model they are you could try looking online for the specs. Otherwise, what george said^

the offset is the distance in millimeters from the edge of the inside of the rim to the edge of where the wheel meets the hub of the car. I can't remember off-hand what ours has to be. Also, some rims with the correct offset might need spacers due to style of the rim not clearing the caliper.
