Part Number Request: Windshield Wiper 'Squirters'

Post by indecisive » Thu Jul 12, 2007 3:54 pm

Unless I'm a Der Der Der.. I looked at all the posts and didn't spot any for the squirters. One for the hose from the filler bottle to the squirters... but none for squirters. lol Mine snapped, either from the heat of the turbo or what, and Pep Boys doesn't carry them.

Thank you kindly! ;)

check autozone. They have small, universal one that look like ours for 15 to 20 bucks.

2005 Silver Subaru Legacy 2.5GT Turbo -Daily
1990 White SR powered 240sx - My sliding slut.

I miss my neon at times. She treated me well and taught me a lot about cars in general. I will always have a special place in my heart for these cars. Heres to the 2gn community.

I never use my squirters, hell I never fill up my windshield washer fluid, and I rarely use my wipers, unless it's raining, even than, rainx > wipers.

Wow I was thinking they were going to be really expensive so I went to autozone and all they had were ricer ones that light up. When I went to go buy them the guy goes "Oh, getting some of them illegal lights, huh?" and I said "Well I wanted just the black plastic ones but YOU DON'T SELL THEM". $15 FTL. I might get some of these!

if this is a huge problem i could grab some from the junkyard and sell them to people. I managed to grab a pair from a 2000 Plymouth that has 3 sprayers on each one as compared to the usual 2 per (and that set is mine)

Just for reference...the new # that BRR posted is the '04 and up style. It puts out a fine spray across the windshield instead 2 or 3 jets. They are far better imo.
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

No clips that I can remember. You just get the squirter and push it into the hole and it clicks into place.

The # for the underhood clip that retains the washer hose...4805409AA. I don't know if that is the latest and greatest #, or what MSRP is because dealer connect was down.

This is exactly what I wanted/ needed. It was almost a $4 part, bit expensive considering mopar prolly bought a box of 100 for the same $4, but it was for my Commemorative car, so I bit the bullet.....

Thank you and BRR for the service you provide here
