Didn't send over an Image Exchange file one day but did it the next without saying anything. Turns out that was bad and the file didn't get sent out and we didn't find out until like a month later. I got written up for it... next time I forgot to send it over it I left work normal time, around 5pm or so then around 2am before I was going to go to sleep I remembered so I got back in my car, drove to work and sent it around 3am as to not get yet at and worse.

I think thats about all I can think of... I've done worse but never got caught or no one would say anything to me.

I used to fuel semis and stuff and i would fuel both sides at the same time, well i wasn't paying attention and i let the driver take off with the hose still in his passenger side tank. I heard a loud crash and i look up and the nozzle and hose was dragging beside him, atleast i didn't get in trouble lol...

^ not as bad as getting sprayed in the face with a gasonline hose (non work related incident)

worst thing I did was forget to tie down a load of lumber on the rack on the truck. It never fell off the rack but my dad was quite pissed when he found out I didn't tie it down.

Where the hell do I start?

1. Forgot to close 4300 gallon tank-1800 gallons of water/sugar/juice on ground.
2. I didn't attach one of the trays to my machine correctly. One side of the tray came loose. 8 trays trashed @ $700 a tray.
3. Water got into a small tank that we keep the flavoring of our juice. 140 lbs. of flavoring trashed at about $400 a lb.
All with no write ups.

My leads are some cool people. All we gotta do is let em know what happened and they "take care of us". Real tight group of people even though we work for such a big company. They understand when stuff happens. Now management is whole other group altogether.

Messed up 25 non-anerobic connectors at $7 each, fell asleep at NSA alot of times, pulled about 75 feet too much cable (commercial company, they were kinda mad about that).

No write-ups.

Having a Sony 40" XBR2 HDTV Slip out of my hand at about 6ft off of the ground then used the wrong screws to put the base back together and drilled through the front of the cabinet.

It still worked and I sold it at 80% off to get rid of it. Some College kid bought it.

But I'm in Charge, I don't get in trouble. :)

sexual harrassment suite when I was 17. A female worker had just finished washing the dishes was waring a very tight pair of jeans. She asked if there was anything else she could do. I said bend over. Yeah that sucked.
She quit soon after the manager that was threating to fire me got caught by Home office for embaszment(spelling)

Worked a job where I was by myself selling food. When I was hungry i'd wait for a customer to paid exact change then walk away. I would hit the 50% discount key. The with the left over money I would buy something for myself. Got caught doing it by Dis Manger. Didn't get fired but I quit 2 weeks later.

Left the safe unlocked in the store one night. Got a write up for that was told I'd be fired if did it again. I did it a week later but I beat the manager into the store locked the safe and left before the manager got there.

All of these happend when I was 16 and 17

Most recent I was told to go in and moved a key box. Was a new garage so it was closed off I checked the seal coat at entry and it was dry. Open garage drove into garage got out to close off garage again. found myself in middle of wet sealeant. sealeant jobs run around 10mill

I worked for a local bank while attending college back in the 80's. After a complete night's worth of processing, I accidentaly deleted all of the checking and savings account statements before they were printed. :sign6: I had already driven across town to the branch where we had a tape vault for backups to drop off the tapes for the night. I had to drive back, retrieve the tapes, reverse all of the files, re-run the entire night's processing batch and then print the statements. Then I had to take the backup tapes back across town for storage. All this before my boss came in at 8 a.m.

This was while I was working full-time on thirds and attending school full-time in the mornings. :sleepy1:

Somehow a $470 safe drop at the gas station got lost after I placed it in the safe. The boss tried to tell me I had to work it off. I told him he'd have to prove I stole it, which I hadn't, and would have been impossible anyways since there were no cameras. He happened to have a brand new set of perelli's on his car the next week.... a switch from coopers... that's a big investment to make on a 9 year old beater.

Almost blew our penthouse up as a summer helper when I started to manually open the make-up water valve on our boiler when it hit low-water cutoff. That's a big no-no. Flash-vaporization of one pound of water creates an insane amount of steam volume/pressure, I soon learned, and the 4" pipe would have flowed quite a few pounds the moment the valve unseated. Luckily, my brother-in-law was close and noticed me messin with the boiler (which I wasn't supposed to do at age 17), saved our lives and a 1.3 million Sq. Ft. building.

Don't want to turn this thread into a NSFW thread...But I have posted pics elsewhere once upon a time, and they should still be up.

If I remembered what thread I put them in, I would link it, but I have no clue.

^Definately...holy smurf man!

Got caught by the boss getting oral from one of the cashier chicks in the backroom. We were closing and he came back for some reason (left earlier that day) and busted us! Totally fired both of us.

Sorry, no pics (though I'm sure he's got a security video!)

Oh, also I made a chlorine gas cloud by mixing the wrong cleaning solutions together and Hazmat had to come in and evacuate everyone, clean it up, and ventilate the place! Not fired but highly embarrassed and harrassed for a long time afterward.

I left a Club Si forum porno thread open on a computer on the other side of the room once. It was a Saturday night and I just forgot about it. A computer tech came in on a Sunday night to do maintanence on the computers and found it open...well windowshaded down in the dock (OSX)). He told me about a year later what I had done. I knew I fucked up and he saved my ass big.

I never wrecked or destroyed anything. I have had friends run customer cars into poles, run fork lifts through walls, stuff like that...but I am pretty white colar so I am safe as it goes.
