This morning radio show when I was on my way to work. They do a segment called War of the Roses which I'm sure other stations do as well but if you're unfamiliar with it they pretty much try to trick people to find out if they're cheating on their partner.

I try to listen to them in the morning and if they pulled something like that it would be pretty low of them. They do prank calls to business and such but something like this I'm pretty sure is real b/c like I said... it's pretty low. After the break I think they went to explain that they found out more and aparently her mom is on vacation somewhere and they can't get a hold of her and her father passed away from I think cancer when she was 10 or 10 years ago.

MAN i thought she was screwing her boss... that's horrible but why didn't anyone call him before that? Also why would her boss have her phone? wouldn't the police keep it to try and contact her family?

I thought the same thing on the cell phone but my guess is since her mom is visiting her aunt and dad passed away... that could be the only person they had to give it to to possibly take it back here to Greenville since the accident was in Alabama.

Not a clue, they didn't really get that far... They said they would like to do a follow-up with him to see what happened, whats going on, how he's doing... but I dunno if they will.

Pretty much... dude thought his girlfriend was cheating on him while she was away at Trade Shows for work. Radio station tries to contact her to offer her a vacation for 2 in Myrtle Beach and to get the name of the person she would like to take so they can send them an invitation. Normally they trick people right there and they'll give the name of who they're seeing. Well, station calls her cell phone and her Boss answers the phone and she was supposed to be home Sunday and it was then, Tuesday. They ask if she is there and her boss responds that she can't come to the phone, that she's busy. They continue to ask and he keeps refusing to let them speak with her. When he wouldn't let them speak to her, her boyfriend (Chris) jumps in and starts asking who he is, finds out it's her boss. Boss is a little shaken up and confused if anyone has called him. Chris says that he has some explainting to do when Scott (Boss) starts to say that he has some bad news. Goes to explain that while they were at the show, when they were leaving to go back to the hotel, they were pulling out of the parking lot and a truck hit them in their drivers side door, killed her instantly. Chris didn't know any of this, thought she was cheating on him... and now finds out that she just died a few days ago which is why she isn't returning her calls. Thats when they took it off the air and cut to commercial....

its possible that Kara was giving her boss a BJ when he answered the phone, thats why she couldnt talk. When her boss found out it was Chris, he was like, oh fuck we got cought, what do we do. Kara then told her boss to say she was dead so Chris would leave her alone and she would be in the clear to continue to finish her boss off.

That would be a horrible cover-up because she has to come home at some point, they're going to see each other out somewhere, and being her boyfriend, he could probably look her up in the obituaries...

Anyway, that is absolutely horrible

Are they really going to do a follow up?

they did that here on 104.1 i think the other day and they called this girl telling her she won a buque of flowers and asked her ...who would you like to send that to...and she said some other guys name...as soon as the bf heard it...he jumped in and started yelling and questining who the guy is and blah blah...

it was really funny cuz the girl was like...he is a friend i meet at the gym....i guess she works out for 4 hours everyother day....

and the radio guys kept laughing cuz they though it was fishy for someone to work out for that long and not be doing the dirrty instead...
