Clutch pedal squeaking

Hi guys, the clutch pedal squeaks every time it is engaged or disengaged, i looked in front of tranny and the problem looks like it's right there.

There's an small piece of rubber filled with grease, could be this causing the noise? What do you guys think?

Any input would be appreciated

Deppending on how many miles are on the current clutch it could be your clutch. Does it do it all the time? It could also be the Clutch fork/arm.

Only does it when engine is warm...36kmiles on stock clutch...
