the front passenger side makes a squeaking noise when i drive at low speeds but the noise stops when i break
i thought it was the rotor i replaced the rotor and the noise still continues
could it be the spindel
im thinking its the spindel because awhile ago a lug got stuck in my wheel n it caused the spindel to lock when the car moved im guessing its possible it couldve damaged the spindel
another guess is its the bearings
any1 else have any ideas?

dirty, sticky brake caliper? One of my brake calipers would cause the brake pad to drag ever so slightly at times... After I washed the wheels it would go away.

I just went over it when I washed my car. It seemed to help my squeaky part. so... soap and water in this case. I'm not sure if it is your problem, but it is another possibility.
