needles to say these aren't mine...

I was painting my interior and removed the plastic pillar from the post and these were laying in the plastic. I bought the car used, just makes me wonder what else is in there...

i didn't touch them! I just kept them on the plastic pillar and dropped them, I didn't wanna get AIDS

I think they were empty, because they looked like the plunger thing was pushed all the way down, but I dunno. I am assuming the former owner was a heroin user...

i thought it'd be some joints or some crack... i bet the guy was a dealer that used, but probably not a junkie, so i wouldnt lose any sleep over it... just check behind the cushions and behind the carpets for more, just to make sure someone doesnt accidentally hit one one day and i think that's all you need to do

How long ago did you get the car?
Did you buy the car used?
I would be extremly carefull on inspecting the rest of the interior, one prick from one of those that were used could lead into some serious problems!

Absolutely right. if you purchased it locally from a dealership (or even private seller), i'd take it to a police station and tell them what you found and request they search the car for more/drugs just to be on the safe side.

wow that is crazy, like others said take it to the police station to have them document that you found drug smurf and to check to see if there is anything else, cause that would suck to get pulled over and have to convince the cop that it aint yours....lol BEEN THERE DONE THAT...lol

See if the dealer will settle out of court for an SRT-4 for the endangerment of your children and emotional and physical trauma!

But yeah, I'd probably contact an authority of some sort before a speeding ticket becomes a trip to prison for some stuff a K-9 found in your ride. I don't know how well a posting in a forum will hold up in court!

Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the back of the car. Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Horsepower is how fast you're going when you hit the wall, and torque is how far you drag the wall with you.

no they are right... you should call your local PD and ask for an "interdiction officer" or a drug K9. those are your guys who are the best trained in vehicle searches. I was an interdiction officer before i moved up here to philly... I could tell you a bunch of places to look but at the same time if you get stuck your the one holding the bill... if the officer gets stuck then the city will cover it under workmans comp.

to a police officer this could lead to bigger things... ie officer contacts dealer finds out who owned it before... tracks down prior owner, puts a watch on him sees what hes up to who he meets and so forth... could be big.. .could be nothin but you never know.

and its like krack said... if i pulled you over the places that im looking for stuff hidden is in the A post like that, down the door panels between the glass... and some other good hiding spots that i cant give away... what.. i cant tell you guys all my secrets can i???
but it doesnt matter whos it was. it was in your possession when i found it there for its called constructive possession. weather it was yours or not.

seriously... i cant stress it enough get the police to do a run through on the car... get a report number from them that way if an officer does a search on it sometime down the road for whatever reason... he wont find anything because there wont be anything there.

good luck pm me if you need more

As previously stated, be very careful if you choose to search the vehicle yourself. Treat all needles as if they have been exposed to HIV.

the funny thing is that my dad is a cop and he has a K-9 that lives at home! I bought the car about 9 mounths ago and I got it from a towing company/garage that does all the work on our cars and tows for the city my dad works in. I guess they towed it and nobody came to pick it up, so they got the title and sold it to me. I paid 1200 for it, cuz it had 150k on the clock. put a new engine in and it runs strong. Anyway, I am suprised that my dog never caught a whiff while roaming the yard...It musta been there for a while, so the scent wore off...

yeah dogs can be funny too... i found little over a pound stuffed in a bumper once and i called a buddy of mine to my stop with his dog to let him hit on it, and puppy got out ran around the car, peed on the tire... jumped in the car, scratched a couple holes in the dash ( pretty funny by the way) got out peed on the same tire... then got back in the police car... never hit on it... my buddy was pissed. but stuff like needles and whatnot, you usually find those on searches. oh btw this same dog is the one that hit on 2 dime bags through a center console once... o well guess it was a bad day... do dogs have mondays??

peace
